Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – Leeds (Hybrid)

About the role

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join a fast‑growing business in Leeds City Centre. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning while leading a small FP&A team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Provide insightful management information and performance analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Support business planning, investment appraisals and scenario analysis.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through detailed financial analysis.
• Manage and develop a small FP&A team of 2‑3 staff.
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders across the organisation.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end reporting and ensure strong financial governance.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial controls background.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a small team.
• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
