Financial Risk Analytics FRA Implementation & Support Consultant

About the role

Join S&P Global's Financial Risk Analytics team in London as an Implementation & Support Consultant. You will work across the full client lifecycle, from onboarding new users to providing day‑to‑day operational support for the FRA suite of risk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client implementation and onboarding activities for new and existing FRA customers.
• Coordinate project tasks across financial engineering, product, design, development, QA and support teams.
• Prepare and deliver status updates, risk assessments and dependency reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support for Risk as a Service (RaaS) and deployed solutions, ensuring stable client operations.
• Investigate and resolve system, data and process issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Perform data validation and quality checks on inputs and outputs to maintain reliable end‑to‑end workflows.
• Conduct data analysis across S&P Global data assets to support operational improvements.
• Assist with testing, validation and documentation of new features and enhancements.
