Financial Services Administrator – Hybrid (Glasgow)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven Financial Services Administrator to join our client’s established team in Glasgow. This hybrid position offers two days of remote work per week, allowing you to balance office collaboration with flexible home‑based productivity while supporting advisers and clients across a range of financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process applications for investments, pensions, protection and other financial products.
• Liaise with over 20 providers to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain and update client records and business trackers.
• Action policy changes, fund switches, withdrawals and income payments.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, Data Protection and AML legislation.
• Collaborate with the team, contribute to meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services administration (IFA environment preferred; pension background also considered).
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment.
