Financial Services Administrator (IFA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a busy client servicing team supporting advisers with life, pensions and investment administration. The role offers exposure across the full financial planning process and provides a structured, stable environment with clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and manage authority documentation.
• Process new business submissions and conduct AML checks.
• Liaise with providers and keep advisers updated on progress.
• Maintain accurate records in internal back‑office systems.
• Collaborate with advisers, paraplanners and support staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role.
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments and protection products.
• High level of accuracy with client and compliance documentation.
• Ability to work within a defined admin team while supporting advisers.

Required skills

• Experience using financial services back‑office systems.

• Salary up to £30,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Hybrid working model – 2 to 3 days in the office.
