About the role

We are seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join a respected independent Chartered Financial Planning firm. The role offers a supportive, client‑focused environment where you will help maintain high standards of service while developing your career in financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners.
• Manage client documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in preparing client meeting packs and reports.
• Liaise with providers and clients to ensure smooth processing of business.
• Support the wider team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services administration or financial planning is desirable, though strong office‑based experience is also valued.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Salary up to £31,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
