Financial Services Administrator & Trainee Paraplanner

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Financial Services Administrator who will also train to become a Paraplanner within a boutique wealth‑management practice in Cheshire. This role offers a clear pathway from administration to professional paraplanning, supported by hands‑on training and study assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Support Financial Planners and the Paraplanning team in day‑to‑day activities.
• Conduct research on pensions, investments and protection products.
• Assist in preparing suitability reports and client recommendations.
• Compile client review packs and related documentation.
• Develop technical knowledge and financial‑planning expertise under mentorship.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services administration, sales support, client services, compliance or wealth‑management support.
• Genuine interest in financial planning and technical advice.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proactive, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Desire to learn, develop and progress a career in paraplanning.
