Financial Services Platform Transitions Administrator

About the role

Join a respected investment management firm in the heart of the City of London as a Transitions Administrator. Working on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, you will support the Transitions team in processing SIPP, ISA and GIA transfers, ensuring client assets move smoothly in and out of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Process new transfer instructions and chase counterparties to meet service level agreements.
• Track and report on assets in transfer using the Asset Tracker system.
• Check and input transfer requests from relationship managers, liaising with third parties for settlement.
• Receive transfer cheques, verify details, update systems and hand over to the cash management team.
• Provide clear updates to internal and external clients on transfer progress.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a transitions or similar administrative environment.
• Knowledge of tax‑wrapper structures such as ISAs, SIPPs and offshore bonds.
• Highly organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of treating customers fairly.
