Financial Terms Analyst

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Terms Analyst to join a leading global professional services organisation in London. This newly created role will support the organisation’s global Financial Terms Management function, with a particular focus on European operations. You will be responsible for reviewing, implementing and maintaining client and matter financial terms, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency throughout the client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyse and validate financial terms for new and existing clients and matters.
• Support client onboarding and new business activities by reviewing financial information and documentation.
• Configure and maintain billing arrangements, rate structures, discounts and other financial provisions within internal systems.
• Interpret client agreements, engagement terms and guidelines to ensure financial requirements are accurately implemented.
• Work collaboratively with Pricing, Billing, eBilling, Accounts Receivable and other revenue teams.
• Support European offices with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of financial terms.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Legal experience desirable, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced Microsoft Word.

What we offer

• Salary between £60,000 and £70,000 per year.
• Annual discretionary performance bonus.
• Non‑contributory pension scheme with 5% employer contribution and an additional 3% matched contribution.
