Fire Alarm & Extinguisher Engineer – North East London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm & Fire Extinguisher Engineer to join our award‑winning fire and security team in North East London. The role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain, repair and fault‑find fire alarm systems, emergency lights and fire extinguishers.
• Cover a variety of sites in North East London and surrounding areas.
• Work with a range of manufacturers and fire detection equipment.
• Participate in out‑of‑hours on‑call duties on a rotational basis.

Required profile

• Proven experience servicing and fault‑finding fire alarms and extinguishers.
• Knowledge of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with major panel brands such as Morley, Advanced, Kentec, C‑Tec, Gent, Notifier and VESDA.
• Understanding of NSI codes of practice and current industry standards.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

What we offer

• Basic salary £36,000‑£40,000 per annum (depending on experience).
