Fire Alarm Project Manager – £70k‑£80k + Benefits

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager to lead an £800k office redevelopment project in London. You will be responsible for delivering fire detection, PAVA and refuge systems for a flagship office refit, working with a supportive team and excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver fire alarm, detection, PAVA and refuge installations for a large commercial project.
• Manage project budget, schedule and compliance with fire safety standards.
• Lead on‑site activities, liaise with contractors and supervise an onsite supervisor.
• Ensure open‑protocol or notifier systems are integrated correctly.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing fire alarm or life‑safety projects worth £700k+.
• SMSTS certification and experience with FIA/BAFE‑approved installers.
• Ability to commute to London by car or train.
• Background in commercial or office refit projects.
