At LiveWest, ensuring the safety of our residents is our number one priority. As a Fire Safety Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing that the properties we manage strictly adhere to fire safety legislation and industry best practices, providing peace of mind to our customers.

Missions principales

• Review approximately 1,500 Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) annually to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Translate complex FRA findings into clear, actionable technical specifications for remedial works.
• Monitor and track the implementation of safety actions by both internal teams and external contractors.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections and rigorous audits to verify safety standards.
• Provide expert fire safety advice to colleagues, contractors, and residents.
• Support the Fire Safety Operations Manager through detailed reporting and data analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving fire safety legislation and best practices.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in fire safety compliance or a related technical safety role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex risk assessments.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical requirements to non-expert stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of assessments and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently and conduct thorough on-site inspections.
