Fire & Security Engineer – Oxfordshire

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Fire & Security Engineer to join a growing team serving Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. This full‑time, permanent position involves travelling to multiple client sites to install, service and maintain a range of fire and security systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, fault‑find and maintain fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
• Cover a variety of manufacturer brands across numerous sites.
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide support to colleagues when needed.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• At least 3 years’ experience in the fire and security sector.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and able to seize opportunities.
• Willingness to train across disciplines if required.

Required skills

• Fire alarm system installation and maintenance.
• Intruder alarm system installation and maintenance.
• CCTV system installation and maintenance.
• Access control system installation and maintenance.
• Fault finding across multiple fire and security manufacturers.
