Fire & Security Service Engineer

About the role

Join a leading provider of fire, security and electrical solutions serving prestigious residential and commercial properties across London and the Home Counties. As the on‑site expert you will own your diary, diagnose complex faults and deliver first‑time fixes that build lasting client trust.

Key responsibilities

• Service and maintain integrated fire and security systems in commercial, retail and luxury residential sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults using analytical and methodical approaches.
• Perform system performance checks, optimisations and comprehensive compliance documentation.
• Produce accurate service reports and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ field service engineering experience, preferably in fire and security.
• Working knowledge of NSI/SSAIB and BAFE standards.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) and clean H&S record.
• ECS/CSCS card, NVQ apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, FIA or equivalent certification.
• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check and reside within close proximity to the M25.
