Fit-out Project Coordinator

About the role

The fast‑growing retail and e‑commerce business is seeking a highly organised Fit‑out Project Coordinator to support the rollout of new stores, concessions and maintenance projects across the UK. You will manage projects from initial planning through to opening, ensuring timelines, budgets and documentation are kept on track.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of store fit‑outs from planning to opening.
• Assist with tendering, gather quotes and prepare information for review.
• Coordinate communication with contractors, designers, joinery partners and suppliers.
• Arrange site visits and manage travel requirements during project periods.
• Track timelines, flag potential delays or risks, and maintain project trackers and dashboards.
• Maintain CapEx documentation, layouts, drawings and specifications.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders and coordinate snagging processes.
• Assist with monitoring project spend, tracking invoices and supporting budget preparation.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and log issues for efficient resolution.

Required profile

• Organised and commercially aware with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with internal teams, contractors and external suppliers.
• Experience in retail fit‑outs, construction coordination, property support or a similar project environment is beneficial.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £50,000 – £55,000 per annum.
• 28 days holiday allowance (pro‑rated).
• Office‑based role in Holborn with travel to sites across the UK.
