About the role

GLL is seeking enthusiastic Pilates instructors to lead classes at Parkside Pools & Gym in Cambridge. You will inspire participants of all ages and abilities, delivering high‑energy sessions that promote health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes.
Adapt, progress, and regress exercises to suit all skill levels.
Motivate participants and exceed customer expectations.
Maintain health and safety standards throughout each session.

Required profile

Strong communication and customer‑service focus.
Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
Commitment, enthusiasm and a passion for fitness.
Relevant Level 2 qualifications (Exercise to Music and/or Fitness Instructor).
