Fitness Coach – Personal Trainer

About the role

Everlast Gyms is seeking qualified Fitness Coaches to join a fast‑paced, inspiring environment. You will work with a ready‑made client base, state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a supportive team to help members achieve their personal greatness.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one personal training sessions and group training classes.
• Engage members through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges and customer service duties.
• Support new member sales, retention initiatives and secondary profit‑driving products.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the gym.
• Build and grow your personal client base, adjusting gym floor hours to maximise earnings.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner certification (or equivalent).
• Valid Public Liability Insurance.
• Passion for helping members progress from ‘good’ to ‘great’.
