Fitter & Assembler – Aylesbury (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Fitter & Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Aylesbury. The role involves fitting and assembling components to high precision, following engineering drawings and health & safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret third‑angle projection engineering drawings accurately.
• Carry out fitting and assembly tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
• Follow working instructions from engineers, project managers and supervisors.
• Maintain strict compliance with health & safety protocols.
• Participate in quality control processes and continuous improvement projects.
• Perform production duties across various areas as required, ensuring good housekeeping and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Engineering drawing interpretation (third‑angle projection).
• Fitting and assembly techniques.
