Fleet Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated Fleet Account Executive to join a leading national brokerage firm. You will manage a portfolio of motor fleet and haulage clients, working primarily remotely with one office day per month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow motor fleet and haulage insurance accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
• Negotiate, renew and administer insurance policies with accuracy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and regulatory changes affecting the sector.
• Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters and internal teams.
• Conduct occasional client visits as required, holding a valid UK driving licence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in motor fleet or haulage insurance brokerage.
• Track record of managing and expanding an insurance portfolio.
• Professional insurance qualification (e.g., CII) is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
