Fleet Administrator – Fixed‑Term (12 months)

About the role

We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join a market‑leading company in Milton Keynes on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is fully office‑based, Monday to Friday, and supports the fleet function across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all company vehicles in the fleet management system.
• Attend fleet management and accident review meetings.
• Provide fleet support to other EMEA countries as required.
• Monitor incidents, liaise with accident management companies, and follow up on reviews.
• Review fleet data with lease companies, manufacturers and dealerships.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements for company cars.
• Support HR with company‑car taxation and timely upload of goods receipts and invoice verification.
• Assist Finance and Procurement with car selection, distribution lists and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional administrative experience.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible, proactive and a "can‑do" attitude.
