About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our fleet department in Dunstable. The position is office‑based, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and combines administrative duties with direct support for drivers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle breakdown calls and provide support to drivers.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
- Manage vehicle taxation requirements.
- Produce and monitor credit‑card expense reports.
- Support the daily operation of the fleet function.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Undertake general administrative duties as required.
Required profile
- Previous administration experience, preferably within a fleet or transport environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional telephone manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
