Fleet Insurance Account Handler

About the role

We are seeking an experienced commercial insurance professional to join our Liverpool office as a Fleet Insurance Account Handler. You will be the primary point of contact for fleet, multi‑vehicle and commercial motor clients, delivering accurate and responsive policy support.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new fleet and commercial motor clients.
• Handle client and insurer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process mid‑term adjustments and manage policy documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and policy administration systems.
• Monitor renewal dates, deadlines and outstanding actions.
• Collaborate with underwriters to resolve cover queries and policy issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients and insurer partners.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities across commercial insurance products.
• Follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial insurance, preferably with fleet risks.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive, customer‑focused and solution‑driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM, broking or policy administration systems.

What we offer

• Salary between £26,000 and £33,000 per year, dependent on experience.
