Fleet Services Receptionist & Store Coordinator

About the role

This permanent position joins the Fleet Services Team as the primary customer interface for vehicle workshops. You will manage front‑of‑house reception, handle enquiries from officers and staff, and ensure fleet‑related supplies are available promptly and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, confidential reception and logistics support for the fleet department.
• Process enquiries, allocate work to technicians, and track orders for parts and consumables.
• Maintain accurate data in the fleet management system and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Prioritise workloads in a busy environment to minimise vehicle downtime.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost‑effective resource allocation.

Required profile

• Demonstrable motor‑vehicle knowledge appropriate to the role.
• Strong planning, organising and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Excellent customer‑care skills and experience in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using data‑management systems to keep records up to date.
