Flexcube QA Tester – Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Flexcube QA Tester to join a leading banking project on a fixed‑term basis in London. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts and developers to ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle FLEXCUBE and related banking modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive test‑strategy document.
• Create, configure and execute functional, regression, integration and performance test cases for Oracle FLEXCUBE modules such as OBPM, OBCL, OBTF, OBTFPM, OBTR, FCUBS CASA, CIF, Deposits, ELCM and OBDX.
• Set up test environments and data sets that simulate real‑world banking scenarios.
• Identify, document and track defects using JIRA, Xray and Quality Centre, and collaborate with development teams to resolve them.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of testing experience with banking applications, specifically Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Proven ability to work under tight delivery timelines.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of banking terminology, concepts and processes.
