About the role

This permanent position offers a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to work from home between one and five days a week. You will join an established, growth‑driven firm that values quality, personal service and long‑term career progression.

Key responsibilities

Manage all stages of conveyancing transactions from inception to post‑completion.
Handle freehold and leasehold sales, new builds, shared ownership and unregistered properties.
Process re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy transactions.
Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.

Required profile

Proven experience as a fee earner or paralegal in conveyancing.
Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
Commitment to delivering high‑quality, client‑focused service.
