Flexible Early Years Practitioner – Surrey

About the role

We are seeking qualified Early Years Practitioners to provide flexible support across multiple nurseries in Surrey. The role involves working with children aged 0‑5 in a variety of settings, offering part‑time or contract hours that fit your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support children aged 0‑5 with daily routines, play and learning activities.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and engaging environment in line with EYFS standards.
• Collaborate with nursery staff to plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities.
• Assist with health, safety and safeguarding procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of UK nursery experience with children aged 0‑5.
• Qualified Level 2/Level 3 (or higher) in Early Years Education.
• Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• 5‑year reference history with explanations for any employment gaps.

Required skills

• Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Safeguarding Level 2 certification (or willingness to obtain).
