Flexible Nursery Practitioner – Full‑time, Part‑time & Bank

About the role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our supportive team in Bracknell. The role offers flexible working patterns – full‑time, part‑time or bank‑staff – to match your availability while delivering high‑quality early years care and education.

Key responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment for children to learn and develop.
• Plan and deliver activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Work closely with colleagues, parents and carers to support each child’s individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and daily observations.
• Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a nursery, preschool or early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for children’s learning and development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
