About the role
Join BRETSA Early Years as a flexible nursery staff member, supporting children’s learning and development across a network of high‑quality nurseries in South East London. You will work full nursery shifts, choosing the days that best fit your personal schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote learning, growth and wellbeing.
- Supervise children throughout the day, ensuring safety and a nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain a clean, stimulating setting.
- Follow the nursery’s daily routine, arriving at 8:00 am or 9:00 am and finishing at 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm.
Required profile
- Qualified or unqualified childcare professional.
- Previous experience in an early‑years setting.
- Positive, energetic and nurturing attitude.
- Reliability and flexibility to cover varying shifts.
