Flexible Primary Supply Teacher – September 2026

About the role
Aspire People is seeking qualified primary teachers for flexible supply work starting in September 2026. You can choose to work a few days a week, take short‑term assignments, or commit to longer placements across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily supply teaching across a range of primary schools.
- Cover part‑time teaching needs and short‑term placements.
- Deliver PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) cover.
- Support intervention teaching programmes.
- Undertake long‑term supply assignments when required.
- Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curricula.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Recent experience teaching in a UK primary setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Good knowledge of the primary curriculum.
- Reliable and adaptable approach to varied school environments.
