Flexible Primary Teacher – Supply & Part‑Time Opportunities

About the role

Aspire People is seeking qualified primary teachers who want flexible, short‑term or long‑term supply work as schools reopen for the new academic year. You can choose the days you are available and we will match you with suitable placements across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lessons using the school’s existing planning and resources.
• Provide high‑quality classroom cover to maintain continuity of learning.
• Maintain positive behaviour and a safe learning environment for all pupils.
• Support pupils across different year groups as required.
• Follow each school’s policies, safeguarding procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school leadership.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Recent experience teaching in a primary setting.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies.
• Good knowledge of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Adaptable, reliable and able to work independently.
