Floor Manager – Fashion Retail (Glasgow Fort)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Floor Manager to lead a high‑profile fashion store in Glasgow Fort. You will own the customer experience, drive commercial performance and ensure visual standards are consistently exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring visual merchandising that boosts customer engagement and conversion.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing retail team, including regular one‑to‑ones and succession planning.
• Use commercial insight to maximise sales opportunities and meet KPI targets.
• Oversee store operations, maintaining high standards of presentation, service and safety.
• Own performance against budgets, sales targets and KPI metrics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience leading retail teams, preferably in fashion, footwear, accessories or large‑format retail.
• Strong visual merchandising capability and commercial awareness.
• Natural eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Confidence influencing and developing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
