Floor Manager – Part‑Time (24‑hour)

About the role

The Floor Manager will support the store team in delivering the Reiss brand experience across all customer interactions. Working part‑time on a 24‑hour schedule, you will ensure brand standards, store cleanliness and a safe environment are consistently maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Educate and coach the team on brand identity, personal styling and customer service standards.
• Maintain silent‑service, visual merchandising, and overall store cleanliness in line with company policies.
• Communicate company news, updates and health‑and‑safety procedures to the team.
• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs, setting personal targets and using commercial reports to take action.
• Oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, and back‑of‑house standards to meet deadlines.
• Resolve operational issues such as till discrepancies and stock loss.
• Deploy team members effectively across the store to meet operational and sales goals.
• Provide performance feedback, recognise achievements and manage any performance concerns.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style to individual team members.
• High emotional maturity and the capability to motivate a diverse retail team.
• Clear instruction‑giving and the ability to set measurable goals.
• Experience in handling performance conversations and using corrective action processes.
