About the role

Join the vibrant team at Rudy's Brindley Birmingham as a Floor Server. You’ll work busy Saturday nights, delivering great food and a welcoming atmosphere to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Own a section of the floor and ensure every guest feels looked after.
• Take food and drink orders confidently and with warmth.
• Keep the floor moving smoothly without making service feel rushed.
• Maintain a clean, pre‑prepared floor ready for service at all times.
• Share genuine enthusiasm for the menu, drinks and overall atmosphere.

Required profile

• Some experience in a customer‑facing role (hospitality experience is a bonus, not a must).
• Warm, confident and positive attitude.
• Fast on your feet and enjoys a busy service environment.
• Reliable, team‑first mindset and genuine passion for food and people.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
