FLT Counterbalance Driver – Harlow

About the role

We are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a busy, fast‑paced warehouse in Harlow. The position offers flexible shift options, consistent eight‑hour days, and long‑term ongoing work with optional weekend overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload and move stock throughout the warehouse.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Proven experience in a similar forklift role.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to commit to rotating day/afternoon shifts or a fixed night shift.
• Safety boots required (all other PPE provided).

Required skills

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
