FLT Counterbalance Night Shift Driver

About the role
We are seeking an FLT Counterbalance Driver to work night shifts at our Aspatria site. The role is initially temporary, Monday‑Thursday 8 pm‑6 am, with a pay rate of £14 per hour and the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the production process during busy periods.
- Operate FLT Counterbalance forklift and related equipment (full training provided).
- Perform quality checks on products.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with a fast‑paced team and support other departments when needed.
Required profile
- Reliable and punctual.
- Works well within a team.
- Holds a valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
- Willing to learn new skills and take on additional tasks.
Required skills
- FLT Counterbalance licence (forklift operation).
