FLT Warehouse Operator

About the role

The FLT Warehouse Operator will service packaging lines with raw materials, remove finished products, and handle loading and unloading of vehicles while operating the Warehouse Management System. The role ensures accurate documentation, maintains safety and 5S standards, and supports the company's Better World targets within an FMCG logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Service packaging lines by supplying raw materials and removing finished goods.
• Load and unload vehicles safely, adhering to standard procedures.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related logistics software (Prism, DDMS).
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout logistics processes.
• Support team objectives, address minor issues, and uphold safety and 5S standards.

Required profile

• Experience in FMCG logistics or a similar warehouse environment.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong IT literacy with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently within a team and meet departmental KPIs.

Required skills

• Operation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• FLT driving licence (RTITB approved).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Mathematical calculation skills.
