Fluidcare Technician

About the role

The Fluidcare Technician supports safe and efficient operation of rolling‑mill facilities by managing coolant, lubrication and oil‑separation processes. You will work on‑site, following both TotalEnergies and customer safety procedures, and ensure fluid‑related services are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Complete One‑Minute Risk Assessments, weekly safety inspections and all required HSE documentation.
• Record daily oil tank dip levels, SPC records, and grinding‑fluid analysis (including micro‑bio testing).
• Measure and log coolant and lubrication parameters in line with scope of work and HSE standards.
• Operate, monitor and control the Tricanter oil‑separation plant during shifts.
• Prepare POR, shift reports, Tricanter logs and other production fluid service records.
• Provide additional fluid‑care services as directed by the Site Manager and support other technicians when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas such as the coolant room, lower mill, lab and mess facilities.

Required profile

• Experience working as part of a team in an industrial environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated with a diligent work ethic.

Required skills

• Coolant and lubrication parameter testing.
• Oil tank dip measurement.
• Grinding‑fluid analysis, including micro‑bio testing.
• Operation of Tricanter oil‑separation equipment.
• Safety inspection and risk‑assessment documentation.
