FM Technician – Building Fabric

About the role

We are looking for an FM Technician focused on Building Fabric to join our Facilities Management team. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and providing high‑quality service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide planned and reactive maintenance services for building fabric across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with company and client health & safety policies and procedures.
• Complete and submit work reports, including arrival/departure times and customer signatures where required.
• Respond promptly to service call requests from the Helpdesk and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Prioritise maintenance tasks to meet agreed response times and communicate any delays to your manager.
• Order, store and maintain tools, equipment and materials in line with company procedures.
• Advise the Helpdesk when third‑party contractors are needed and provide clear job specifications.
• Assist with surveys, reports and maintain accurate asset registers, ensuring equipment is tagged where applicable.
• Represent the company professionally and build strong relationships with the Helpdesk and client site teams.
