About the role

As a Bank Food & Beverage Assistant at Barchester Healthcare you will help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents, families and visitors. You will serve meals and refreshments, keep dining areas clean and comfortable, and support the day‑to‑day delivery of food and beverage services throughout the home.

Key responsibilities

• Serve meals and refreshments to residents and visitors.
• Maintain clean, comfortable and inviting dining areas.
• Prepare dining areas for service.
• Assist with basic kitchen duties as needed.
• Work closely with hospitality and kitchen teams.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, catering or customer‑service environments.
• Friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health‑and‑safety practices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
