Food & Beverage Assistant – London

About the role

Join the Canopy by Hilton London City team as a Food & Beverage Assistant and help create epic guest experiences across our casual dining restaurant and coffee bar. You will work in a vibrant, collaborative environment serving a diverse clientele in the heart of London.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in Penny Squares and St. Clare outlets.
• Prepare coffee, cocktails and other drinks to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Support opening activities and contribute ideas to surprise and delight guests.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Enjoy meeting and serving a variety of people.
• Flexible, approachable and sociable.
• Pre‑opening experience is a plus.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Barista skills.
• Bartending skills.
• Food preparation and service.
