About the role

We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead a prestigious, high‑quality hospitality operation in Truro. This hands‑on leadership position will oversee a refined service‑led environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing F&B team within a luxury setting.
• Deliver detail‑driven service standards with a strong focus on fine dining.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, bar, private dining rooms and events.
• Maintain and elevate a premium wine programme, including presentation, pairing and upselling.
• Manage budgets, control costs and drive overall commercial performance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond proactively to feedback and protect the brand’s reputation.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing regulations.
• Introduce innovative service initiatives to continuously enhance the guest journey.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in Food & Beverage management within fine‑dining or luxury hospitality.
• Extensive knowledge of high‑level wines, wine service and food pairing.
• Polished, professional leader capable of inspiring and developing teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for premium guest experiences.
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, KPIs and performance targets.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
