About the role
Platinum Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisors for temporary assignments across busy UK hotels, primarily in Oxford. You will lead front‑of‑house teams, ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations, and deliver a high standard of service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate restaurant and bar staff.
- Oversee daily service in the restaurant and bar areas.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide professional customer service.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including bar set‑up before service.
- Clear tables, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain a tidy service environment.
Required profile
- Confident in taking orders and delivering food service.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to supervise a team in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including bank holidays.
