About the role
Join the Food & Beverage team at Dumbleton Hall, a historic manor hotel in the Cotswolds. You will help bring the "Honoured Guest Manifesto" to life by delivering warm, personalised service to every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests by name and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Anticipate guest needs without intrusion.
- Provide attentive, cultured service at the restaurant, bar and during events.
- Help create memorable moments – fireside, garden‑side, tableside – that feel grand yet human.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain the manor’s high standards of hospitality.
Required profile
- Passionate, thoughtful and character‑led individuals.
- Strong pride in craft, generosity and genuine hospitality.
- Ability to work as part of a close‑knit team.
