About the role

Join the vibrant team at Crowne Plaza London Docklands as a Food & Beverage Team Member. You will be the face of our restaurant and bar, delivering warm, attentive service to both business and leisure guests in a dynamic waterfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and ensure a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting any special requests.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas to maintain an inviting dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including basic barista duties and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking of supplies.
• Uphold hygiene, health and safety standards for a spotless, compliant workspace.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• A friendly, professional attitude with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Willingness to learn; prior food and beverage experience is a plus.
• Clear communication skills for confident interaction with guests and team members.
