About the role

Join the hospitality team at IBIS London City Shoreditch as a Food & Beverage Team Member. Working 22 hours per week, you will help create memorable moments for guests by delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure accurate delivery of meals.
• Maintain clean and tidy tables and service areas according to the hotel’s standards.
• Apply hygienic food‑service techniques throughout the shift.
• Provide courteous, professional service that encourages guests to return.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Required profile

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK, with appropriate documentation.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work flexible hours, Monday to Sunday.
