About the role
We are looking for a reliable Food Production Operative to join our busy manufacturing client in Wooburn Green. The role involves hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting daily production targets from Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and produce food items according to specifications.
- Pack and label finished products for distribution.
- Carry out quality checks on completed goods.
- Provide general production and kitchen support.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food‑safety compliance.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is advantageous.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently in a fast‑moving team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to wear required protective clothing (safety boots, hair net, no jewellery or cosmetics).

- £12.85 per hour, paid weekly.
- Day shifts, Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑3:00 pm.
