About the role

Join Aqua Restaurant Group as a Food Runner at Dim Sum Library in London. You will support both kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service and help create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to deliver dishes promptly and accurately.
• Clear plates, refill drinks and assist with special guest requests.
• Restock service supplies and keep the service area clean and organized.
• Communicate proactively with team members to maintain seamless operations.

Required profile

• Eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Passion for hospitality and a strong customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
