Forensic Accounting Manager – Investigations Focus

About the role

The Forensic Accounting Manager will join FRP's London forensic team, leading investigations and dispute matters. You will work on complex fraud, insolvency and asset‑tracing cases, providing strategic advice to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead forensic engagements, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify investigation issues, source documentation and define case strategy.
• Develop and evaluate damages, quantum of claim calculations and prepare expert reports.
• Utilise e‑discovery platforms and other technology to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a portfolio of cases, meeting deadlines and resource constraints.
• Prepare budgets, monitor time‑cost analyses and ensure profitability.
• Contribute to practice development, compliance, learning and innovation.
• Perform line‑manager duties, providing coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
• Engage in business development, marketing and networking activities.

Required profile

• Recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading forensic accounting teams.
• Ability to delegate work, review outputs and guide revisions.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a high‑level perspective.
