Forklift Driver – Day & Night Shifts

About the role

We are looking for experienced forklift, PPT and reach‑truck drivers to join a busy cold‑store warehouse in Harlow. The role offers flexible day, night and weekend shift options, with steady weekly pay in a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate PPT, Reach Truck or Counterbalance Forklift safely within a cold‑store environment.
• Load and unload trailers and pallets, moving stock across chilled and frozen zones.
• Support goods‑in, goods‑out and overall warehouse flow.
• Maintain accuracy to meet daily targets while upholding safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid PPT, Reach Truck or Forklift licence (in‑house or accredited accepted).
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or cold‑store setting.
• Confidence operating trucks in tight spaces.
• Reliability, good communication and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in cold conditions (full PPE provided).
• Availability for day, night and optional weekend shifts.
