About the role
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Reach Driver for a new distribution centre in Erdington, Birmingham. The position is offered as a temporary role with the potential to become permanent, covering three fixed‑shift patterns.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently
- Book incoming goods and put away stock
- Pick and pack items as required
- Perform general warehousing duties
Required profile
- Valid Reach licence with at least 12 months experience
- Current RTITB or ITSSAR certification (preferably D2)
- Ability to operate the forklift without camera assistance
- Strong observation, communication and independent working skills
- Physical fitness for lifting and handling loads
