Forward Deployed Engineer – Integrations (EU/UK)

About the role

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products. You’ll manage end‑to‑end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure smooth, successful deployments while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Provide end‑to‑end support during client onboarding, ensuring successful adoption.
• Own API, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials.
• Analyze client requirements, design solutions, and oversee project timelines, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Gather product feedback and relay it to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• 2+ years B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and drive deliverables.
